Refund and Return Policy

At Ramai Foundation, we strive to provide quality products that support your well-being. Please read our policy carefully before making a purchase.

No Return Policy

We do not accept returns for most purchases due to the nature of our products. However, in special and genuine cases, we may consider a return or replacement based on the legitimacy of your request.

Special Cases for Return and Replacement

In exceptional cases where a return or replacement is approved, a processing and shipping fee of ₹150 will be deducted from the refund amount. The product must still be in its original condition, with all tags and packaging intact, for us to process the return.

Refund Process

Once we receive the product and verify its condition, the refund process will be initiated. The refund amount will be credited to the original payment method, minus the ₹150 processing and shipping fee. You will be notified of the refund status via WhatsApp or email.

Cancellation Before Dispatch

If you cancel your order before it has been dispatched, you will receive a full refund through the original payment method.

Cancellation After Dispatch

For cancellations made after the product has been dispatched, we will deduct ₹150 as shipping and processing charges. The refund will be processed once the product is returned to us in its original condition.

Refund Timeframe

Refunds will be processed within 3-14 business days once the product’s condition is verified. You will receive a confirmation once the refund has been initiated.
